Return and Refund Policy – Wear Luxora

At Wear Luxora, we are committed to delivering the highest standard of comfort, quality, and hygiene. Because we sell underwear, additional return conditions apply in order to protect health and hygiene. This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Wear Luxora by consumers.

This policy does not affect any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

1. Right of Withdrawal

For online purchases, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason.

After notifying Wear Luxora of the withdrawal, the product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of that notification.

2. Hygiene and Sealed Products

Wear Luxora sells underwear. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, products cannot be returned if the hygiene seal or protective seal has been broken after delivery.

This means that returns will not be accepted if:

  • the hygiene seal has been broken;

  • the product has been worn;

  • the product has been washed;

  • the product shows signs of use;

  • the product contains stains, odors, hair, or damage;

  • the product has been opened where the seal or hygiene protection has been removed.

3. Conditions for an Accepted Return

A return will only be considered if the product:

  • is unworn;

  • is unwashed;

  • is in its original condition;

  • has all original tags still attached;

  • is returned in the original packaging;

  • and, where applicable, has the hygiene seal fully intact.

If an order includes a set or bundle, the set or bundle must be returned in full and in compliance with all conditions stated in this policy, unless Wear Luxora accepts a partial return.

If a customer returns only part of a set, bundle, multi-buy offer, or promotional bundle, any bundle discount or promotional price may no longer apply. In that case, the order will be recalculated based on the regular selling price of the product or products the customer keeps. The refund will be the difference between the amount originally paid and the recalculated amount for the product or products kept.

For example: if a customer purchases a bundle of 3 products for €30 and returns 2 products, while the regular price of one product is €15, the customer will not receive a €20 refund. Since the customer keeps only 1 product and no longer qualifies for the bundle price, the retained product will be charged at its regular price of €15. The refund will therefore be €15.

4. Sale Items

Sale items are subject to the same return conditions as regular-priced items, unless a legal exception applies. Products excluded from return for hygiene reasons remain excluded even if purchased on sale.

5. Return Procedure

If a consumer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must first contact Wear Luxora through the contact form on the website or by email at info@wearluxora.com.

The return request must include at least:

  • the order number;

  • the customer’s name;

  • the product to be returned;

  • the reason for the return.

After receiving the return request, Wear Luxora will provide further return instructions.

6. Return Shipment and Proof of Shipping

The consumer is responsible for the return shipment until it has been received by Wear Luxora. For this reason, Wear Luxora strongly recommends returning products using a shipping method with proof of shipment and, preferably, track and trace.

If a return shipment is lost and the consumer cannot provide proof of shipment, Wear Luxora may be unable to process the return.

7. Return Costs

The direct costs of returning the product are the responsibility of the consumer, unless:

  • the wrong product was delivered; or

  • the product was delivered damaged.

If one of the above exceptions applies, Wear Luxora will determine the appropriate solution based on the circumstances.

8. Refunds

If a returned product complies with this policy, Wear Luxora will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Wear Luxora will process the refund as soon as reasonably possible after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Wear Luxora aims to process approved refunds within 3 working days after receiving the returned item.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded if:

  • only part of the order is returned; or

  • the return does not comply with this policy; or

  • the return is excluded for hygiene reasons.

Wear Luxora may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received and inspected.

In the case of partial returns of bundles, sets, multi-buy offers, or promotional deals, the refund amount may be adjusted if the customer no longer meets the conditions of the original offer after the return. Wear Luxora may recalculate the order based on the regular selling price of the product or products kept by the customer. Any refund will be based on this recalculated amount.

9. No Exchanges

Wear Luxora does not offer direct exchanges. If a customer wishes to receive a different size or variation, a new order must be placed, provided the original product qualifies for return under this policy.

10. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products

If a consumer receives an incorrect, damaged, or possibly defective product, the consumer must contact Wear Luxora as soon as possible through the contact form or by email at info@wearluxora.com.

In the case of visible shipping damage or an incorrectly delivered product, Wear Luxora requests that the consumer report this preferably within 48 hours of delivery so that the matter can be handled promptly.

The consumer is requested to provide:

  • a clear description of the issue;

  • and, where possible, a photo of the product and the packaging.

Depending on the situation, Wear Luxora may offer, at its discretion and where appropriate:

  • a replacement product;

  • a refund;

  • or another suitable solution.

This does not affect any mandatory legal rights the consumer may have in relation to products that are incorrect, damaged, or defective.

11. Refusal of Returns

Wear Luxora reserves the right to refuse returned products if:

  • the conditions of this policy have not been met;

  • the hygiene seal has been broken;

  • the product has clearly been used or worn;

  • the product is incomplete;

  • tags are missing;

  • the original packaging is missing;

  • or there is evidence of misuse of the return right.

If a return is refused, the product may be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense upon request.

12. Pre-Orders, Limited Drops, and Special Promotions

Additional or different return conditions may apply to pre-orders, limited drops, bundles, or temporary promotions. If that is the case, those conditions will be clearly stated before the order is completed.

13. Abuse and Misuse

Wear Luxora reserves the right to refuse returns or take appropriate action in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, excessive return behavior, or other misuse of the return policy.
