8.2 If the customer independently chooses a carrier not offered by Wear Luxora, the risk transfers at the moment the goods are handed over to that carrier.

9. Delayed, Lost, or Missing Shipments

9.1 If a shipment appears to be delayed, lost, or missing, the customer must contact Wear Luxora through the contact form or via info@wearluxora.com.

9.2 Wear Luxora requests that the customer report this preferably within 14 days after the expected delivery date.

9.3 Before Wear Luxora proceeds with a refund, replacement, or any other solution, Wear Luxora has the right to first initiate an investigation with the carrier or fulfilment partner.

10. Damaged Delivery

10.1 If an order or product is received in damaged condition, the customer must contact Wear Luxora as soon as possible through the contact form or via info@wearluxora.com.

10.2 Wear Luxora requests that visible transport damage or damage upon delivery be reported preferably within 48 hours after receipt.
